A striking original oil on linen painting by Peter Winstanley, titled “Mynydd Bodafon, A Cyclist View.”
This atmospheric Modern British landscape depicts a winding mountain road with a cyclist, set against the dramatic slopes of Mynydd Bodafon with a distant coastal view. The work has strong painterly texture, bold brushwork, and a rich autumnal palette of ochre, rust, green, blue and violet tones.
The painting is signed and dated 2003 lower right. The verso carries a printed label reading:
